Are you licensed and insured in New Jersey?

Yes. Aurum Standard LLC is a licensed New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor (#13VH14291800) and insured. We'll provide documentation before any agreement is signed.

Where in New Jersey do you work?

Everywhere in the state. We're based in Colonia, NJ and serve all 21 counties — from Bergen and Essex down to Cape May and Atlantic.

How do your projects start?

With a conversation, not a quote. Tell us what you're planning through the project brief or by phone, and we'll schedule a walkthrough to understand the goals before anything is priced.

How much will my project cost?

It depends on scope, materials, and site conditions — anyone who gives you a number before seeing the project is guessing. After a walkthrough, you'll get a detailed, line-item proposal with no vague allowances.
